Rich is a serial founder at the intersection of advanced biology and scalable technology. He previously served as founding CEO & CTO of ReadCoor, the pioneer of commercial spatial biology, which he led through acquisition by 10x Genomics for $350M. Prior to ReadCoor, he built and led Translational Synthetic Biology at Harvard’s Wyss Institute, advancing breakthrough platforms in genomics and gene editing. Earlier in his career, he led engineering programs at CERN and Massachusetts Eye and Ear.
